TRACKING
Once your order is completed, you will receive an email confirmation & receipt with your order details, and a separate email will follow with tracking info via Stamps.com.
Please note customer care and parcel distribution are CLOSED on weekends.
TAXES & DUTIES
In US, only residents of Texas will be charged a sales tax of 8.25%. Mr. Larkin is not responsible for any additional taxes, fees or duties that may incur on orders outside of US. Additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the client.
As previously stated above, if an international parcel is rejected the purchaser will be responsible any additional fees for the return, and the result of a return will strictly result in a store credit minus added fees.
RETURNS
US RETURNS
FINAL SALE on all sale items, undergarments, swimwear, jewelry, and paper goods. Sale items include items purchased on sale, with a promotion, discount code, or coupon.
Returns are accepted only on full-price merchandise. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt. To start a return, you must request an RA# at returns@mrlarkin.net. Without an RA#, the system will not prioritize a package or process a return.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. This includes orders with free shipping.
All returns must be approved by Mr. Larkin.
Items must be returned in original and unused condition with all tags/packaging attached and in sellable condition. Mr. Larkin will not issue a refund until the return merchandise has been received. Mr. Larkin reserves the right to refuse any returned merchandise.
Exchanges may incur additional shipping charges.

Once your RA# is received, please ship with a trackable delivery method to the below address. Once the RA# is received you have 48hrs to send back the shipment. If it is shipped past then you will automatically receive a store credit minus a 20% restocking fee.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International orders are final sale. For all international orders (outside the US), an exchange may be authorized, but only if the customer pays for all shipping and duties both directions.
If an international parcel is rejected - whether because the purchaser declines to pay import taxes or for any other reason -the purchaser is responsible for any additional fees for the rejected return. The result of such a return will strictly result in a store credit minus those added fees. A store credit will be issued only when the items are returned to Mr. Larkin.
HOW TO MAKE AN EXHANGE*
Please email returns@mrlarkin.net to request a exchange authorization number within 7 days of receiving your order. Please kindly include your name, order number and item(s) you wish to exchange. Our team will issue you a unique #RA number to include in your return.
Do not send any product(s) without an RA# they may be rejected.
Once you receive your RA#, you can complete your exchange by mailing within 48hrs and including your RA# somewhere on the outside of the return package. If a stage mark over 2 days of receiving your RA# your return will receive a store credit only and possibly a 20% restocking fee.
