Wrap dress with pleating at waist in ice blue viscose stretch crepe from luxury deadstock fabric. Short dolman sleeve with deep V surplice bodice pleated into fitted waistband. Two gold seashell button closures at waist. Cocoon shaped skirt due to pleating at waist. Center front cutaway at hem.
