Dropped shoulder with pleating at arm that creates volume at bicep. Ties at bicep of sleeve. Curved hem at sleeve. Layered full skirt with pannier-inspired side insets with ties that can be worn in a bow or as a self belt at waist. Hand-embroidered twin tigers in blue cotton thread on one side of the dress. Handkerchief hem.
